My Offerings

Birth Doula

As your birth doula, I will provide both physical and emotional support throughout your labor. I offer two prenatal visits prior to delivery where we will make a birth plan, align our expectations, and talk about any questions or concerns leading up to your birth. I also provide one postpartum visit to offer additional support (general well check, chestfeeding/breastfeeding tips, community resources) for you and your partner. My goal as your birth doula is for you to walk into your birth feeling educated and confident and walk away feeling supported and empowered.

Postpartum Doula

As your postpartum doula, your health and well-being are my primary focus. I aim to ease the burdens of daily life so you can bond with your new baby and take care of yourself. Once settled at home, I will bring a birth basket which includes Oshala Farm’s New Mama’s Collection (lactation tea, sitz bath and postpartum salve) as well as some healthy nourishment tailored to you. I will help you navigate the first few months in whatever way is most useful; whether it be offering chestfeeding/breastfeeding support, general infant care, light tidying, meal-prep, errand running, laundry, holding baby while you shower or rest, and sharing community resources. My goal as your postpartum doula is to ease your transition into parenthood and instill confidence as you move forward as a family unit.

As Your Birth Doula

I am on call 24/7 from 38-42 weeks. I am available by phone, email or text message.

Birth Doula Price: $2,000

OHP Birth Doula Support Available

As Your Postpartum Doula

My hours and services are customized to your family’s specific needs. I am committed to designing a postpartum plan that works best for you.

Postpartum Doula Price: $50/hr. with a minimum booking of 8 hours in total care/ 2 hour minimum per day.

Additional $5 with multiples/sibling care.

If you book 60+ hours of postpartum care you will receive 5% off.

Birth/Postpartum Doula Duo

This option is for those desiring support during labor and postpartum. If you sign up for the Doula Duo Package you will receive 5% off postpartum care.

Birth Vision

Wanting to write a birth plan and don’t know where to start? I now offer birth vision planning sessions where I will help you write out your goals and intentions to share with providers and others on your birth team.

Price ~ $100

Birth Photo Album

Welcoming your child into the world is a monumental moment, one that is incredibly special to look back on. I will take 30+ quality photos with my Canon camera and then edit and compile them into a hard cover photo album. This offering is only available if I am your birth doula.

Placenta Encapsulation

Ingesting your placenta is believed to gradually replace nutrients lost after childbirth and aids in hormonal balance. Other benefits may include increase in enriched breastmilk, increased energy, decrease in iron deficiency, lochia and insomnia. Your placenta is prepared in my home using the TCM method and will be delivered to you in ready capsules with detailed instructions. Your umbilical cord will also be dried as a keepsake in the shape of a spiral or hear, depending on your preference and cord length.

Prenatal // Postpartum Circles

Come connect with other parents and/or parents-to-be in the same season of life and enjoy an opening sharing circle, and casual hangs. Bring a blanket, snacks and a water bottle. Held the second and fourth Monday of the month from 11am-12:15pm across from the Bandshell in Lithia Park (as long as weather permits).
